Bread Toast is the healthy, quick and best morning breakfast. Kids like this breakfast very much. You can also use this as a Tiffin box item. So let start the recipe.
Bead slice – 6 (for 2 toasts)
Potato – 2 boiled, peeled and mashed
Chopped onion – 1 medium
1 finely chopped green chilli
1 tsp mutard oil
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Sambar masala powder
¼ tsp chicken masala
½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
¼ tsp chat masala
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaf
Refine oil/butter – 1 tsp for frying the bread
The Bread Toast is going to be very tasty. So lets start from making the stuffing. For this first take a bowl, add boiled and peeled potato. Now mash it nicely after that add the spices like salt, mustard oil, chat masala, chicken masala, sambar masala, cumin powder, finely chopped green chilli, onions and coriander leaf. After adding all the spices give it a nice mix and keep aside. So, now roast the bread slices with some butter or refined oil and keep aside.
After that we are going to assemble the toast. First take a bread slice, add 1 tsp tomato sauce and 1 tsp chilli sauce. Spread the sauce on the bread. After that take 3 tsp potato mix or take potato mix as per your choice and spread on the bread slice. After that, add some chopped onion on the top of the potato layer. Now cover the stuffed bread with a plain bread slice. I am trying to make this with few ingredients but if you like then add grated cheese on the top layer means next to the potato layer.
After that we repeat the layering step again and cover it with another bread slice. Here I am using 3 bread slices for making 1 toast. So friends toast is ready.Now serve the bread toast with some tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Finally our healthy breakfast is ready.
